So many people thought we were absolutely CRAZY to buy this building! But we did anyway:) And this is the story.
We have AMAZING friends that work for pizza and beer:) Even though it was almost 100˚ out…ugh!
Than I decided to tackled almost ALL of the renovation myself!
About 2.5 years later here is where we are:)

Some people that I work with told me that there are some photos of Stephanie and Steve on facebook, that were done by you. If that is true could you send them to my e-mail as I don’t have facebook. Steph and Steve should be home late tomorrow night. It is killing me not having some pictures. Everyone had a great time and I’m excited to see the pictures.

Your dad e-mailed me tonight a link to your blog and photo essay about your parents, and I am sure you reduced your mom AND your dad to gooey puddles of parental pride and tears. If I had a son who did this kind of tribute to me, my head would explode from the emotional overload. I’m proud of you and I’m not even related to you, dude!
Of all your other photo essays, I liked the Ruohan and Di pictures. The physical chemistry your photos captured between these two young people is just off the charts.
